Introduction (1 minute):

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit undisturbed. Sit with your back straight but relaxed. Close your eyes gently or lower your gaze. Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs with air, and exhale slowly, feeling a wave of relaxation wash over you. As you breathe out, let go of any immediate worries or thoughts, preparing your mind for this journey of anticipation and readiness.

Visualization of the Year Ahead (3 minutes):

Begin to envision the upcoming year. See it as a path stretching out in front of you. As you mentally walk this path, acknowledge the milestones and significant events you anticipate. See them not as obstacles but as opportunities for growth and achievement.

With each step on this path, feel yourself growing stronger and more capable. Visualize yourself handling challenges with grace and confidence. Imagine the sense of accomplishment you’ll feel as you navigate through each phase of the year.

Mindful Breathing for Resilience (2 minutes):

Shift your focus now to your breath. Inhale deeply, imagining resilience and strength filling your being. Exhale slowly, releasing any fear or doubt. With each breath, reinforce your belief in your ability to handle the busy times ahead.

Repeat to yourself, either silently or aloud: “With each breath, I grow stronger. I am capable of facing the challenges ahead.”

Cultivating Positivity (2 minutes):
